Darrell received a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas in 1971, paying for his education working for Acme Plumbing (precursor to Christianson Company), owned by his uncle, W. G. Christianson.
After graduation, Darrell began a 34 year career with the Christianson Company, ultimately serving as its president and general manager. After a brief retirement, he formed Victory Plumbing in 2006 along with partners Lee Johnson and Randy Taylor.
Lee began his career in the construction industry shortly after graduating high school in Round Rock, Texas. In May 1995, he began working for Christianson Plumbing Company, and received his Journeyman's License from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners in November 1998.
Lee earned his Master's License while running a new construction crew for five years and working as a field supervisor for three years.
Randy immediately began working in the plumbing industry after graduating high school in 1981. He comes from a long line of professional plumbers, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. He passed his Journeyman's License exam at the age of 19, and his Master's License exam at the age of 22.
Randy worked as the Plumbing Service Manager at Christianson Plumbing Company for three-and-a-half years before joining partners Darrell Christianson and Lee Johnson in creating Victory Plumbing Company in 2006.
